1. Overview
Kali AI is a privacy-focused, offline-first artificial intelligence assistant for Android, developed and published by Bizzsoft Digital. The Android application is designed so that everyday AI conversations and workspace content are processed locally on the user's device.
2. Local processing
Kali AI processes AI conversations, supported documents, images, OCR content, local memory, and other app-managed content on the Android device. User prompts and AI-generated responses are not sent to Bizzsoft Digital servers for cloud AI inference.
3. Accounts and sign-in
The Kali AI Android app does not require an account, login, or user registration to use its core functionality.
4. Information stored on your device
Depending on the features you use, Kali AI may store locally:
- AI conversations and generated responses;
- user-approved local memories and retrieval data;
- imported documents and extracted text;
- OCR-derived text and related local content;
- audio or transcripts when supported audio features are used;
- downloaded on-device AI model files; and
- application settings, preferences, and compatibility information.
This content is stored in app-private storage or another location explicitly selected by the user. Kali AI does not upload this content to Bizzsoft Digital servers as part of normal offline AI use.
5. Optional AI model downloads
Kali AI can download optional on-device AI models. Before a model download begins, the app identifies the model and its approximate download size and requires the user to confirm the download.
Model files may be hosted by third-party model-hosting or cloud-storage providers. When a user chooses to download a model, the device makes a standard network request to that provider. The provider may receive ordinary connection information such as the device's public IP address and request headers in accordance with its own privacy practices.
Kali AI does not include your prompts, chat history, documents, local memories, or generated responses in model-download requests.
6. Advertising and analytics
The Kali AI Android application does not contain advertising SDKs and does not use third-party analytics SDKs to track users across apps or websites.
7. Data sharing and sale
Bizzsoft Digital does not sell Kali AI Android user data. User-created AI conversations, prompts, documents, local memories, OCR content, and generated responses are not shared with advertisers or data brokers.
8. Android permissions
Kali AI requests Android permissions only when they are needed for a feature selected by the user. Depending on the features available in a particular release, this may include access needed to select files or media, capture or process supported content, or use audio features. Permission requests are used to provide the requested functionality.
9. Data deletion
Users can delete app-managed chats, memories, documents, downloaded models, and other stored content through available in-app controls. Uninstalling Kali AI removes app-private data subject to Android operating-system behavior.
Automatic Android cloud backup is disabled for Kali AI app-private data.
10. Security
Kali AI uses Android app-private storage for internal application data and blocks cleartext network traffic. Downloaded model packages are validated before installation where integrity information is available.
11. Artificial intelligence
Kali AI includes safeguards intended to reduce prohibited or harmful generated content. Bizzsoft Digital may update these safeguards as the app evolves and as platform requirements change.
12. Children
Kali AI is not designed or marketed specifically for children. The intended Google Play target audience is adults.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when Kali AI's functionality, data practices, applicable law, or platform requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are published.
